My brother George has an artistic streak and among other things makes these satellites that hang in his airplane hangar in Virginia. He is cheap, all the parts come from the local dollar store. Look closely and you may be able to see a spatula, whisk, or trash can. Pretty good talent.He may very well launch one of these one day. 
Just for fun I also threw in a photo of a real satellite taken at the National Air and Space Museum. Which one is it ? Damn... NASA must make those things out of Dollar Tree items too !
