Flying over Vancouver

A couple of years ago I had the opportunity to visit Vancouver BC, one of the great cities of the world. Vancouver is on the water, surrounded by mountains and is heavily populated with downtown residents living in beautiful high rise apartments and condos.

You can water ski in the morning and snow ski in the afternoon, only 20 miles apart in this city. The architecture the mountains and the water make for a beautiful airplane ride. To make it even better this was a ski plane that took off of the water.

In these photos you can see the downtown area, the cruse ship terminal with the great sail roof, and the three sisters, that beautiful mountain in the distance.
