About Me

My photo
Fred Delk
Columbia, South Carolina, United States
This blog is to show you something interesting, amusing, or just plain fun ! I see a lot of things that are different, and when I travel I seek them out. I enjoy unusual people, structures, signs, cars and places and always try to see them when possible. I have an affinity for what is disappearing, like old roadside attractions and ways of doing things. I like the offbeat and strange and I seek them out. I am amazed by talented quirky people and just people of all kinds. It is not unusual for me to drive off the dedicated route to see something, and not tell whoever is with me what they are about to see, then around the turn, there it is ! It might be a UFO or a church, a African Village or a group of statues made of concrete in the middle of nowhere. I hope this blog will inspire you to look around for the interesting, different and unusual too, it is not hard to find and once you see it you will find it everywhere ! So this is what I hope to do, find the things that interest me and show them to you. I hope you will enjoy them.
